1. Marketplace Nature

TechCircle is a marketplace linking prospective buyers to verified vendors in Computer Village, Ikeja, Lagos. All contractual relationships for goods and warranties are directly between buyer and vendor.

2. Vendor Obligations

Vendors must accurately describe device condition (Battery Health, Screen OEM status, RAM/Storage) and provide genuine physical addresses within Computer Village.

3. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers are encouraged to inspect devices thoroughly at the vendor's physical premises or verify functionality before issuing payments.
